For General human services needs, Dial 2-1-1 (or 800-552-1183), send a message to SEReferral@incontactemail.com, or search the 2-1-1 online database to access health and human services in the county, the region and the state. 2-1-1 is staffed 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
