Donor Relations Manager

United Way is seeking a full-time Donor Relations Manager to fufill the following duties and responsibilities:
  • Training on Andar, United Ways CRM system.
  • Lead the annual Leadership Givers Reception with more than 400 in attendance.
  • Manage Women United Affinity group including management of meetings, events and communications; Manage Power of the Purse event and provide support and oversight of Power of the Purse Committee. Responsible for goal setting and event logistics and overall success of event. Manage Annual Giving solicitation mailing including the Leadership Giving level donors and general donors.
  • Manage a portfolio of 70+ donors in addition to 100+ prospects to increase giving within the Leadership Giving Association, which begins at $1,000.
  • In collaboration with Director of Development, lead United Way top workplace giving campaign.

Development and Communications Manager

The Development and Communications Manager will be responsible for donor engagement and stewardship, brand management, event planning along with directing the communication strategy of UWWC. We need a team player that is tech-savvy and can provide great in-person or digital experiences to our donors and volunteers.
Bachelors degree required, marketing. communications, business. WIll manage one FTE. Exemplary interpersonal skills. Experience with CRM systems

2020 U.S Census Bureau is hiring!

Job Qualifications
To be eligible for a 2020 Census job, you must:
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have a valid Social Security number.
  • Be a U.S. citizen.
  • Have a valid email address.
  • Complete an application and answer assessment questions. (Some assessment questions are available in Spanish. However, an English proficiency test may also be required.)
  • Be registered with the Selective Service System or have a qualifying exemption, if you are a male born after Dec. 31, 1959.
  • Pass a Census-performed criminal background check and a review of criminal records, including fingerprinting.
  • Commit to completing training.
  • Be available to work flexible hours, which can include days, evenings, and/or weekends.
Most jobs require employees to:
  • Have access to a vehicle and a valid driver’s license, unless public transportation is readily available.
  • Have access to a computer with internet and an email account (to complete training).
