Volunteer Recruitment and Retention 101
When: Wednesday, June 28, 9-11:30 am

We all know how vital volunteers are to a nonprofit's mission, but sometimes it's challenging to find the time to have all the pieces in place to ensure our volunteer programs are as successful as they can be.
This workshop will cover the basic, but important elements of the volunteer recruitment and retention process including volunteer job descriptions, creating a recruitment message, and examining how to craft a volunteer program that keeps volunteers feeling valued and coming back.
This workshop is ideal for newer Volunteer Managers or those agencies that do not have a fully structured volunteer program in place.
