United Way of Washtenaw Launches COVID-19 Community Relief Fund

ANN ARBOR, MI (March 13, 2020)- United Way of Washtenaw County (UWWC) announces a COVID-19 Community Relief Fund has been established for people that want to donate to help meet emerging and critical needs in the community related the COVID-19 pandemic.

“We know that additional resources will be necessary to meet the growing needs caused by the outbreak.,” shared Pam Smith, President and CEO of UWWC. “100% of the funds raised will be used to help non-profits meet the needs of the community. Because this situation is rapidly unfolding, we expect we may have to be flexible with these funds to meet emerging needs.”

For almost a century, the United Way of Washtenaw County has been here for our community. Our agency will remain open to meet the needs of our County, to support our non-profit partners and to share information about how you can help!
