VITA Services Update: If you had a tax appointment that was canceled due to COVID-19, we have begun offering slots for our new Virtual VITA intake process. You must have access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer to participate. Look for an email and/or phone call from us over the next few weeks-we are contacting folks in the order their appointments were scheduled.

At this time, our Virtual VITA service is by invitation only to our existing scheduled clients in the order they were originally scheduled for tax appointments. We are unable to serve new clients at this time.

Our office remains closed to outside visitors and we are not available to assist people in-person. Do not bring your documents to our office, as no one will be there to assist you.

If you did not previously have an appointment during this VITA season OR you are unable to participate in our Virtual VITA service, you can click here to add your name to our Contact List. IF we open up a non-virtual option for tax prep, we will be in touch with you. If we are not able to serve you, we will send you an email notification on or before June 26th, so you have time to pursue other options.

Prepare your own taxes (for FREE) at home!

In light of the major disruptions to our community's free tax prep services caused by COVID-19, here are some options for preparing your own taxes online (phone, computer or tablet) using free online guided software.

Credit Karma: Easy-to-use free online software for tax preparation.

IRS Free File website: Lists various options for free tax filing options online.
