Strengthening the Nonprofit Sector
55: Volunteer managers that received national-level training at our locally hosted Volunteer Manager Livestream Conference in October 2017.
45: Volunteer managers trained on incorporating a Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion lens into volunteer management practices in May 2017.
3: United Way of Washtenaw County, University of Michigan Ginsberg Center, Eastern Michigan University VISION Volunteer Center now share a single access point for agencies to post available volunteer opportunities. As a result, local agencies told us:
   • 60% found value in the ability to recruit volunteers from additional audiences
   • 41% experienced a savings in staff-time as a result of our connected volunteer portals
   • 37% increased volunteer engagement on the two college campuses
