United Way of Washtenaw County will be launching a Volunteer Center at the end of summer 2014! The center will connect people interested in volunteering with local nonprofits that rely on volunteers to achieve their mission. The site will cater to individuals as well as large groups, and will be provided at no cost to the community. We're very excited to bring this resource to the community. If you have questions about the Volunteer Center or volunteering, contact Amanda Reel, via email, 734-677-7234.
United Way’s Club Connect, a safe online children's membership club. Club Connect gives kids online access to best-in-class entertainment, videos and stories which highlight young people making a difference in their communities and service learning opportunities. The site will also encourage reading through celebrity videos, author interviews and book reviews. Club Connect will help us engage kids while raising important funds for our education work.
