Community Baby Shower
A big thank you to all of the generous community minded people who donated items to the first ever United Way Community Baby Shower! We were able to fill our lobby up with the items that were donated at the various drop sites around the area before delivering them to the agencies in need. Items went towards supporting new parents using services at:
Catholic Social Services, Corner Health, Alpha House, Home of New Vision, Hope Clinic, Perry Nursery, and SOS Community Services.
Please take pride in knowing that every donation made will help a family in Washtenaw County give their child a better start in life.
Another big thank you goes out to all of the drop site locations including AnnArbor.com, Applied Safety, Benz Insurance, Hylant, and NSF
for dutifully collecting baby shower items. We couldn't have done it without you!

2010 National Day of Action
We are extremely grateful to all who participated in
United Way's National Day of Action. With over 400 volunteers donating their time around Washtenaw County, countless projects were completed and the spirit of volunteerism was alive and well throughout the day. Thank you for being a part of this national event and demonstrating to the community how to LIVE UNITED.
